- Content you create: documents, outlines, spreadsheets, and chat messages you produce while using the platform.
- Usage data: token consumption, feature usage, and interaction patterns to maintain billing accuracy and improve the service.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — only a Stripe customer identifier.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and performance.
3. How we use your information

- To send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, service updates).

4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI model inference for research and writing assistance. Your prompts and document content are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's data retention policies apply.
- Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud infrastructure and hosting.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your content.
